Competition rules

1. The promoter is JWD Website Design (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/436461/07 ("JWD").
2. The competition opens on 12 October 2026 and closes on 31 December 2026. Entries received outside these dates are not valid.
3. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
4. How to enter: to submit a valid entry, participants must (1) like the official JWD competition announcement post on Facebook (facebook.com/share/p/1CDi85b9XV) and follow the JWD Facebook page (facebook.com/dialasite), (2) follow the official JWD Instagram page (instagram.com/jwdwebsitedesign), and (3) complete and submit the entry form on this page. All three steps must be completed during the competition period. Completing the entry form alone does not constitute a valid entry.
5. The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 or older who own, run or are authorised to represent a business or organisation, including one that is about to start.
6. Directors, employees, agents and suppliers of JWD, and their spouses, life partners, business partners and immediate family members, may not enter.
7. One entry per email address. Further entries from the same email address are not counted.
8. The prize is a website designed and built by JWD, to a value of R10,000 at JWD's published prices. The scope is agreed with the winner. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
9. Registration of a .co.za domain and up to 12 months of JWD hosting can be included, and their cost counts towards the R10,000 prize value. Other domain extensions are not included.
10. An online shop (ecommerce) can be included, up to the R10,000 prize value.
11. Third-party themes and plugins, and paid third-party licences and services, are not included.
12. Any cost above the R10,000 prize value is billed to the winner at JWD's published prices.
13. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and announced on 12 January 2027. JWD will contact the winner by email and phone. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, or does not meet these rules, a new winner will be drawn.
14. JWD will only publish the winner's name or business with the winner's permission.
15. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants fully release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from any liability in connection with the competition.
16. Personal information is used to run the competition and contact the winner. It is used for marketing only if you tick the marketing box. Competition records are kept for the period the law requires. See our privacy policy for details.
