About the 3-5 Page WordPress Website

This is the WordPress version of this package. WordPress gives you a familiar editor, so you or your team can update text, images and pages yourself after launch. Your theme and plugins are agreed with you before we start, and any paid theme or plugin licences are not included in the package price.

The 3 to 5 page website package at R4000 once-off is built for established South African small businesses that have outgrown a single landing page and need room to tell their full story. If you run a plumbing firm in Bellville, an accounting practice in the CBD, a salon in Sea Point or a trades business serving the broader Western Cape, this size gives you enough space to cover who you are, what you do and how customers reach you, without paying for pages you will never use. It sits comfortably between our entry level 1 to 3 Page Website and the larger Business Website, so you can pick the option that matches where your business is right now.

A typical 3 to 5 page website is structured around the pages that customers actually look for. Most clients choose a Home page that introduces the business and its main offer, an About page that builds trust and explains background and experience, a Services page that lists what you provide, a Portfolio or Gallery page that shows real work, and a Contact page with your details, a contact form and a map. You do not have to use all five in the same way. We arrange the pages around how your customers make decisions, so the layout supports enquiries rather than just listing information.

Every site is a branded, custom design rather than a generic template drop. We work to your logo, colours and tone so the website matches the rest of your marketing. The package includes a clean, modern layout, a contact form and social media links. All sites are mobile-friendly and built responsively, so they read clearly on phones, tablets and desktops, which matters because most South African traffic now comes from mobile. We also set sensible SEO basics on each page, including page titles, meta descriptions and proper headings, to give you a solid foundation in search.

Our small business web design South Africa process runs in three clear stages. First, we plan: we agree on your pages, gather your content, images and branding, and map out the structure. Second, we design and build the site and share it with you for review, where you can request adjustments. Third, we finalise and go live, connecting your domain, checking the site across devices and submitting it so it is properly indexed. You stay informed at each stage, and there are no surprise charges along the way.

Please note that the R4 000 covers the design and build only. Hosting is billed separately so you only pay for what you need, and you can add our affordable .co.za Annual Hosting to keep the site online, fast and secure. If you already have hosting elsewhere, we can usually work with that too. Keeping design and hosting separate keeps the upfront cost honest and predictable for a small business budget.

Most 3 to 5 page websites are completed within roughly one to two weeks once we have your content, images and branding in hand, though timing depends on how quickly feedback comes back during the review stage. If your needs grow later, for example adding an online store, you can move up to our E-Commerce Website without starting from scratch. To see examples of recent professional website Cape Town projects, browse our portfolio, and when you are ready you can request a quote and we will help you choose the right fit.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a 3 to 5 page website cost? +

The package is R4000 as a once-off fee, which covers the full design and build of your site. Hosting is billed separately so you only pay for the hosting plan you actually need. There are no hidden charges, and we confirm everything in writing before we start.

How many pages do I get and which ones? +

You get between three and five pages, typically Home, About, Services, Portfolio or Gallery, and Contact. You can mix these to suit your business, for example swapping a Gallery for a dedicated Pricing or Testimonials page. We help you decide the best structure during the planning stage.

How long does it take to build? +

Most 3 to 5 page websites are ready within about one to two weeks. The main factor is how quickly you can supply your content, images and branding, and how fast feedback comes back during the review stage. We keep you updated at each step so you always know where things stand.

Can I upgrade later if my business grows? +

Yes. If you later need more pages or an online store, you can move up to our Business Website or E-Commerce Website without rebuilding from scratch. We design the site so it can grow with you, so your initial investment is not wasted.

Is hosting and a domain included in the price? +

The R4 000 covers design and build only, not hosting. You can add our .co.za Annual Hosting separately, or we can work with hosting you already have. Domain registration is handled separately too, and we are happy to guide you through it.

Is SEO included and do I own the website? +

We set up SEO basics on every page, including page titles, meta descriptions and proper heading structure, to give you a solid foundation in Google. Ongoing SEO campaigns are a separate service if you want to rank more aggressively. Once the project is paid in full, the website and its content are yours.

Does the price include WordPress themes and plugins? +

We agree the theme and plugins with you before the build starts, so you know exactly what your site will run on. Free themes and plugins are set up as part of the package. Paid theme or plugin licences, and any other third-party services, are not included in the package price and are quoted separately if your site needs them.
