- Payment gateway transaction fees, which the gateway charges
- SEO beyond the on-page basics: ongoing SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile setup are a separate service, not part of any website package
- A handover guide (PDF) or remote walkthrough, unless added to your quote
- Changes after launch, done at our website maintenance rate of R450 an hour, agreed before work starts
What we need from you
- Your logo and brand colours (logo design is quoted separately if you need one)
- Your product details: names, images, descriptions, prices and stock
- A merchant account with the payment gateway, opened in your own business name
- Feedback at the review stage. The sooner content and feedback arrive, the sooner the site goes live
